As Donkey says in the movie Shrek, “Everybody loves cake!”  Cake is my favourite thing to make, and one of the first things I think of when I think of a celebration.  Below are the {Sneaky} Cakes cake menus.  Oooo…so many different cake choices…which one will you choose?

Carrot – The classic carrot cake with walnuts and a cream cheese icing

Lemon-raspberry – Lemon cake with a raspberry buttercream

Lime-raspberry – Lime cake with a lime cream-cheese icing and raspberry filling

Hummingbird – Coconut-banana-pineapple cake with a cream cheese icing

Italian cream – Coconut and pecan cake with a cream cheese icing

Vanilla Raspberry Dobos Torte – 3 layers of light and airy sponge cake layered with a cream cheese mousse and fresh raspberries, all covered with vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream icing

Heaven and Hell Cake – Seven layers of angel’s food cake, devil’s food cake, peanut butter mousse and covered in chocolate ganache

The Spark! – 3 layers of chocolate cake, two layers of hazelnut meringue, covered in coffee buttercream with toasted hazelnuts and salted caramel on top, and surrounded by pirouline cookies
